HP Chromebook 13 

 

Last week HP and Google introduced the HP Chromebook 13. Designed after conducting a detailed survey from customers on what they want in next generation Chromebook. The thickness of the device is about 13 mm, weighs about 2.8 pounds, with an aluminum chassis. This Chromebook operates on Intel's sixth-generation Core M processors. The USB-C docking station allows users make Chromebook 13 to dual HD displays, full sized keyboards and wired networks. The $500 worth HP Chromebook 13 will be out for sale this month.

 The device comes with 16 GB memory and a 45 watt battery which is able to deliver up to 11.5 hours of use. The HP Chromebook 13 has a 13 inch display as its name represent and with 3200 x 1800 pixel resolution. It operates on an Intel Pentium M processor, 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of flash storage. Other variants of Core M3, Core M5 or Core M7 processor and up to 16 GB of RAM is available. The main advantage is that the device can be fast-charged using the included adapter or any other USB-C power adapters or a phone charger. There is a new facility Lucid Sleep, which enables the updation of documents, emails and notifications while the device is in sleep mode is quiet awesome. The Chrome Device Management remotely manage multiple Chromebook 13s over the Internet with the help of multiple management system. The device comes with the HP Print for Chrome. This enables  printing to HP network and local printers. Chrome OS's security features provides maximum security to data. This is an excellent design at this price, except the operating system
